Vacate Convictions

The State of Washington allows for certain non-violent convictions to be vacated and sealed. This means that the conviction is removed from your record and you will then have the abilty to tell anyone, particularly potential employers, that you were not convicted of that crime.

As many are well aware, the benefits of having a clear record are many and our experience attorneys will be able to inform you of your eligibility and the steps you must go through to complete the process.

If you would like to know whether your record can be expunged or sealed please contact
Richard Wernette or Bryan Ponti.
